My Story
I am a third year medical student who has three non-school activities: ultimate frisbee, running, and very healthy cooking. I don't eat mammals or ducks (the latter because they are cute, so this also include puffins) but fish and chicken are frequently fliers (swimmers?) through my fridge. I go for whole wheat or grainy whenever possible. Multiple healthier substitutions (such as whole wheat flour, flax seed, fake sugar, and cholesterol lowering butter) and the resulting disastrous consequences from trying too many are my favorite part of the game.
